The goal of coaching is to enable the client to find hidden potential through a series of questions. 
Coaching is a partnership; careful listening to the client, with thoughtful questions designed to clarify goals, to encourage self discovery, to elicit client based solutions and to hold the client responsible.
My aim is to help you to identify strengths and weaknesses and overcome obstacles holding you back.
